Classes

Nina offers online and in-studio classes.   Her online current schedule is as follows:

  • Monday 5:30-7:00pm, Experienced Students
  • Tuesday 10-11am, Gentle Yoga
  • Wednesday 10am – 11:15am, All Levels

Her in person class is located at Yoga Samadhi in White Salmon WA: Monday 10:30-11:45am, all levels.

Classes can be purchased one at a time or you may buy 5 or 10 class passes.  Sliding scale is available, contact Nina.

Waivers – all students will be required to sign a waiver and send it back to Nina before the Zoom link is provided.   Please click here for a waiver you can print, sign and take a photo of to email to Nina, or sign up on Ubindi for the online waiver.
