The Coastal Mountain Sport Haus, located half-way between Portland and the Oregon Coast, is a delightful place for retreating with forest, pasture, and the Nehalem river.
The retreat offers two yoga sessions and two forest bathing sessions with your guides Nina and Ellen. You will also have time for relaxation and wandering the beautiful and peaceful land. The retreat includes six delicious vegetarian meals and a variety of overnight accommodations. Pricing includes meals, yoga, forest bathing and lodging.

Lodging Options; price includes all meals and the retreat fee:
Lodge Room – Single Occupancy – $600
Lodge Room – Double Occupancy – $570 per person
Shared Bunkhouse Room – $475 per person (bunkhouse is full)
Camping – $425 per person
What to bring
You will need to bring your own yoga props – a mat, strap, block and 2 blankets. If you don’t have yoga props, a limited number of prop kits can be rented from Nina for a small fee. Nina will sanitize all rented yoga props before use. Forest Bathing is a slow, guided walk in nature–you only need comfortable layered clothing, a water bottle, and walking shoes.

Indicate which room you prefer with your check. If you prefer, you may send a $300 deposit when registering and the remainder no later than June 28, 2023. Cancellations are allowed until June 28, 2023. $100 cancellation fee will be withheld.
A NOTE ABOUT HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Masks are welcome but optional. Both Nina, Ellen and the retreat hosts are fully vaccinated against COVID19. For the
personal safety and comfort of our guests, we ask that all participants have been vaccinated, including boosters.
Whenever possible, we will have the large garage style doors open in the yoga studio so we will receive the benefits of fresh air
and enjoy the sounds of the natural world. Meals also are oftentaken outside.
