What to bring
You will need to bring your own yoga props – a mat, strap, block and 2 blankets. If you don’t have yoga props, a limited number of prop kits can be rented from Nina for a small fee. Nina will sanitize all rented yoga props before use. Forest Bathing is a slow, guided walk in nature–you only need comfortable layered clothing, a water bottle, and walking shoes.
